Round my hometown

ZARA coat (last season- similar), UO skirt (here), ADIDAS sneakers (here), DKNY bag* via Harvey Nichols here.

So I've been a little under the weather and dead on social media lately- having had pretty clear skin my whole life, on Sunday I started feeling my the skin texture on my face change and woke up the next morning with a bumpy rash all over my chin, around my mouth and hairline. Luckily it wasn't too red so I could cover it up, but since then it seems to have only gotten worse and now pretty much looks like a breakout all over my face. Not pleasant and definitely not something I know how to deal with- it isn't acne, it apparently (according to 2 GP visits) isn't an infection and it isn't an allergic reaction. I've been told it's a result of the viral cough I had earlier this week (thanks Fresherz) and to wait it out- unfortunatly no one can say how long I have to wait and until then I'm pretty terrified to put make-up on it and so am essentially creeping around campus with my head down. I have a sneaky suspicion my body just wasn't ready for a bad throat and the amount of cheeky drinks downed during Freshers. Not a great start to university life, but fingers crossed it clears up in the next few days so I can relax.
On to some slightly more cheery news- my first set of photos from my new town, Bristol! We found this cute square by the harbourside, and while I'm still on the hunt for a permanent photographer for the blog, I'm happy to share a little slice of this lovely city with you. Nothing cheers me up like a big American lunch (I found this amazing place called Spitfire right by the water), old trainers and a sassy new bag from none other than the lovely peeps over at Harvey Nics (because I can't completely forget London).
I promise I'll be more fun when I don't feel like wearing The Mask of Zorro around town as opposed to my actual face.
