Banana and blueberry no-bake overnight oats

INGREDIENTS: greek yogurt// oats// blueberries// banana// soya milk// chia seeds// toppings (granola, fruit, maple syrup, nuts)

You all probably know by now that I'm big on breakfast, like, really really big on breakfast. I spent the few months I had during exam leave and summer making tasty breakfast recipe after recipe and really taking the chance to eat healthier options- I tried a lot, Acai Bowls, Avo-toast etc...but a real winner for me was these overnight oats. Perfect for an on-the-go breakfast and perfectly good for you. Here's how to indulge;

1) Mash 1/2 a banana with a handful of blueberries.
2) Mix in 1/3 cup of soya milk and greek yogurt, as well as a 1/3 cup of oats. Add some Chia seeds for good luck.
3) Place in aesthetically pleasing jar/cup/bowl.
4) Cover and refrigerate overnight.
5) Top with granola/nuts/maple syrup/ more fruit and enjoy.

It could only be easier if Jeeves made it for you.
